| The Programme is highly rigorous, interactive and experiential one with a sound theoretical base emphasizing much more on the practical aspects of Management. This Programme is designed to build the skills of the students as OD specialists. Right from the very beginning, students are trained in the specially designed workshop course, where they learn to design, develop & implement OD interventions. |
| The students will go through sensitivity training at the very beginning. Sensitivity training is a part of human relations training that aims to make people act and feel differently, not merely to change their thinking, but also their behaviour. It is based on the concept of the empathy, which is to actually perceive a situation with another person’s point of view and emotions. |
| Simulation of business environment through management games and psychological activities is carried out to develop involvement and engagement of the participants to make the learning purposeful and effective. Participants are given group projects and are encouraged to work together, study together and present themselves as teams. Through this they experience the challenges associated with the group dynamics & interpersonal communication. |
| Learning Plan |
| The learning plan is a living document for the participant to map the studies based on one’s professional and personal goals and objectives. |
| The students begin designing learning plan during the application process and continue to shape it throughout the program. It begins with answering important questions about interests, skills, and potential outcomes and competencies and is further developed in the new student orientation. |
| It is formally revisited again between the first and second trimesters during a face-to-face session with faculty and student colleagues. The learning plan becomes an indispensable tool for designing your final project and evaluating program outcomes. |
