| Ann L. Clancy, Ph.D., is an executive coach and organizational development consultant helping clients to successfully reach their desired performance results. She is a researcher and co-author of the book, Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change, and specializes in Appreciative Strategic Planning. She coaches from an appreciative philosophy based
on the assumption that inquiry into and dialogue about strengths, successes, hopes and dreams is itself a transformational process for individuals and teams. |

She has presented Appreciative Coaching workshops nationally and internationally. She is also adjunct faculty at the Fielding Graduate University (Santa Barbara, CA) for a 12-week academic course on Appreciative Coaching and international faculty advisor for doctoral students in Management and Organization Development at Assumption University, Bangkok,
Thailand. Her doctorate is in Organizational Development from The Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. She lives in Billings, Montana. |

| Jacqueline Binkert, Ph.D. is an executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership coaching with CEOs, leaders and their teams. For over 20 years, she has worked with a diverse range of clients from non-profit organizations and international corporations to educational institutions, governmental agencies and manufacturing, including the Executive Development Center of a Fortune 50 company. Clients benefit from her in-depth knowledge of psychology, leadership effectiveness, organizational behavior and change, and team dynamics. She co-authored the book, Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change, which presents a researched, evidence-based approach to coaching founded on Appreciative Inquiry. Her coaching model applies the principles of Appreciative Inquiry to individual coaching relationships.

| Mohanakrishnan Raman has Ph.D in Industrial Psychology. He has 18 years of wide ranging experience in research, teaching, consulting, institution building projects and enjoys deep corporate exposure.
He had worked in Telecom,IT and banking sectors. His corporate consulting areas are OD Coaching and strategic HRD. |

Training and Development being his forte, he has enormous interest in OD, and behavioural science- based training and interventions. He had done Competency Mapping through Development Center for more than 1500 managers in a large private bank, as a part of major change management project in India. His OD consulting assignments include organizations in Construction, FMCG, Education and IT sectors.
He is a regular speaker and research paper presenter in various national and international fora like IFTDO, ARTDO, AODN and IODA.

| He has done more than 200 training programs for the various clients and as well open programs in the areas like Talent Management, Performance Management Systems and Personal Transformation to say a few. He had organized Global Organization Development Summit (GODS) in the year 2006, which paved the way for forming Asia OD Network and became a Founder President of Asia OD Network (AODN). He had spearheaded and offered his leadership to the GODS in China in 2007 and 2008 in Thailand. He brought back the GODS to India in a big scale and was the conference chair. GODS 2009 under his leadership was organized at
Indian School of Business (ISB) in collaboration with Infosys at Hyderabad and International Organization Development Association (IODA).

| He served as an Executive Board Member of IODA from 2007 to 2009 for three years and he is elected again to serve and help the conference organizing teams in IODA. He is currently an advisor and Director to Foundation for Research, Education and Development (FRED) in setting up large educational institution. He has spearheaded the collaborations with Witten University, Institute of Family Business, Germany and with the Fielding Institute, USA for Certification program in Appreciative Coaching and leading both the initiatives in India. |
