And encourage exchange of ideas and information between entrepreneurs. |

| FRED has already signed MOU with the Witten University from Germany to carry out research in family businesses in India.
The Research will begin in the month of January 2012 as the research protocol and methodology is being worked out. |

| Also, FRED has signed MOU with INDIA Trust for creating and motivation entrepreneurs through various
motivational and awareness programs among the students. |
