| Dr K Sreenivasan, is the member of the Committee of Management, Kirloskar Investments and Finance Ltd., appointed by the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka since 2001 to till date.

| He has held a number of important positions in the Government of Karnataka and Government of India. He worked in the Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi for nine long years. He worked as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation for four years. He was promoted to the rank of Inspector General of Police in the year 1989 and appointed as Member, Efficiency Audit and Vigilance Bureau, Karnataka State. He was promoted as additional D.G.P, Crime and Technical Services and as D.G.P Prisons. As DGP Prisons he brought innovative reforms in the Prisoner’s Life. In 1996 he was appointed as DGP and Chairman and Managing Director of the Police Housing Corporation. He later became the Director General of Police, Fire Force, Home Guards and Civil Defence. In 2001, he became the Director General and Inspector General of Police, Karnataka State, Bangalore. |

| He holds Honours degree in Physics and Mathematics
and Masters degree in Mathematics. In 1963, he took up the Combined
Civil Services Examination held by the U.P.S.C and was selected to
the Indian Police Service. He secured the 5th position in the All
India Examination. |

| As a man of knowledge seeker he took up further studies and completed his doctoral degree in Industrial psychology for which he was awarded the PhD by the Mysore University in 1988. He has a Bachelor’s degree in law also. |

| He was a Member of the Syndicate of the Bangalore University during which tenure he was made the Chairman of the Affiliation Committee |

| During his work in the Police Department, he was awarded the President’s Police Medal for meritorious service by the President of India on the 26 January 1997. |

| He has also engaged himself in a number of social welfare activities. He is the President of the Compassion Unlimited Plus Action (CUPA), the Chairman of Shree Ramanuja Seva Trust which provides Hearse services for the citizens in Bangalore, and the Chairman of Shusrutha Voluntary Blood Bank. He is the Chairman of the Hosur Animal Welfare Society, Tamilnadu. |

| 2. Mr. Padmanabhan |
| V S Padmanabhan, with over
five decades of hands-on top management experience is a graduate
of Calcutta University with Industrial Organization and Economic
History as majors. His career includes diverse disciplines like marketing,
rural marketing, business and organization building/development,
corporate communications, corporate identity, public relations, advertising
and sales promotion, airline, tourism, education and more. Inducted
to the PRCI Hall of Fame he is also the recipient of the PATA Award
for promoting tourism in USA for India, IAA's India chapter President/World
Committee Director and also leader of India delegation to the World
Advertising congress to Tokyo and Sydney, a
founder of Advertising Standards Council

| 3. Prof. John D Adams |
| Ph.D (USA) Professor, speaker, author, consultant and seminar leader-has been at the forefront of the Organization Development and Transformation profession since 1969. His early articulation of issues facing organizations has provided a guiding light for the evolution of organization and change management consulting. John has served as the Co-Chair of the Executive faculty and the co-chair of the Organizational Systems Ph.D Program at the Saybrook Graduate School (San Francisco), and is a guest faculty member at the Bainbridge Island Graduate Institute in the MBA in the Sustainability program. He has written many books and articles in reputed journals.

strengthening the capacity of local consultants to do so. In
addition to this
active consultancy and training responsibilities,
he is the Chief Executive of OCIC International. He is also the
Coordinator of
