FRED will strive to maintain its highest standards of education and research by having the association of the most respected and eminent academicians and research experts, drawn from different continents, in its Advisory Council. Dr R. Mohankrishnan, who has specialized in OD intervention techniques and practice and has also worked in different industries, will be the Member Secretary of the FRED Advisory Council.
1. DR. K. SREENIVASAN
Dr K Sreenivasan, is the member of the Committee of Management, Kirloskar Investments and Finance Ltd., appointed by the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka since 2001 to till date.        more>>    
2. Mr. Padmanabhan
V S Padmanabhan, with over five decades of hands-on top management experience is a graduate of Calcutta University with Industrial Organization and Economic History as majors. His career includes diverse disciplines like marketing, rural marketing, business and organization building/development, corporate communications, corporate identity, public relations, advertising and sales promotion, airline, tourism, education and more. Inducted to the PRCI Hall of Fame he is also the recipient of the PATA Award for promoting tourism in USA for India, IAA's India chapter President/World Committee Director and also leader of India delegation to the World Advertising congress to Tokyo and Sydney, a founder of Advertising Standards Council of India.      more>>
3. Prof. John D Adams
Ph.D (USA) Professor, speaker, author, consultant and seminar leader-has been at the forefront of the Organization Development and Transformation profession since 1969. His early articulation of issues facing organizations has provided a guiding light for the evolution of organization and change management consulting. John has served as the Co-Chair of the Executive faculty and the co-chair of the Organizational Systems Ph.D Program at the Saybrook Graduate School (San Francisco), and is a guest faculty member at the Bainbridge Island Graduate Institute in the MBA in the Sustainability program. He has written many books and articles in reputed journals.        more>>
 
4. Dr. Ulla Nagel
Is raised in East Germany and is the founder (1992) and owner of IPU Dr. Nagel & Partner Company-Innovative HRD and Business Development. She is the current President of International Organization Development Association (IODA). The IODA president will sit as a governing council member in FRED and as and when there is a change in the leadership it will also be changed in FRED.  
5. Mr. Noble Kumavu (Ghana)
Noble is a psychologist with a post-graduate specialization as an Organization Development (OD) Consultant. He divides his time between Africa, USA and Europe, undertaking relevant organizational Development (OD) & Management Development Consultancy, Training and Research assignments or strengthening the capacity of local consultants to do so. In addition to this active consultancy and training responsibilities, he is the Chief Executive of OCIC International. He is also the Coordinator of the OCIC-UCC OD Consultancy Skills Training Programme.  
6. Dr.K.C. Soares (USA)
Kennette C. Soares known as KC is an Executive Director- Smith Soares Associates . Her company is into International Management, Organization and Professional Development Consulting Services. She has worked extensively in about 35 countries with rich knowledge working in various cultures. She lives in USA and has offices in USA and Brazil. She is the founder and honorary member of International Organization Development Association (IODA)  
7. Dr. R.Mohanakrishnan
R Mohanakrishnan is a Ph.D in Industrial Psychology. He has 18 years of wide ranging experience in research, teaching, consulting, institution building projects and enjoys deep corporate exposure. He had worked in Telecom, IT and banking sectors. His corporate consulting areas are OD and HRD.
Training and Development being his forte, he has enormous interest in OD, and behavioral science- based training and interventions. He had done Competency Mapping through Development Center for more than 1500 managers in a large private bank, as a part of major change management project in India.
