Dr.Madhavi is senior professor and Director for Centre for Organization developmet. She has gained substantial experience in the area of OD and Change management, has conducted extensive research and directed various programmes in the field of OB & OD.
Madhavi discovered early in her career, passion for research and training that helped her to build true competence in the learning process. She was awarded doctorate by Department of Business Management,Osmania University and later ,she has authored a book titled: "Change and Turbulence at SAIL - A story of fluctuating fortunes" April 2002, Sage Publications, New Delhi

Professor and Director at Udai Pareek HR-LABS. Prior to this she held the position as Director, Behavioural Sciences at Asian Centre for Organizational Research & Development, New Delhi. She has a rich experience of more than 20 years in the areas of training and consulting with both private & public sectors. She has developed Trainer’s Manual for various organizations including Wild Life Institute of India and UNDP. She is an accredited MBTI trainer by American Psychological Association, USA and is associated with professional bodies like ISABS, HRD Network, AIMA, ISTD etc. She has masters in Psychology from Delhi University and Post Graduate in Personnel management from IIM, Ahmadabad. She has certification in Hypnotism, Dream Analysis and Achievement Motivation. She has many papers to her credit and has developed psychological instruments and is also involved in development of software of famous psychological instrument of Dr. Udai Pareek. She has authored book on “Training of Human Processes”
